The hotel location is ideal for exploring the
city center and waterfront. The staff was remarkably accommodating and my room was spacious with a lovely sea view. The only drawback was that breakfast could use a bit more variety. Overall, a delightful stay in Heraklion.

The room was cozy with great decor, but check-in took way too long.

Clean and modern furniture made our stay enjoyable.
The room was way too small for two people, making it hard to find space for luggage. We also faced delays at check-in, having to wait outside for nearly 30 minutes because no one was there to let us in. The breakfast was disappointing, consisting of limited options that left us unsatisfied during our stay.

Culinary adventures were on point! The sashimi at Utopia Cafe was absolutely divine, making every meal memorable. Our room in the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View was stunning, featuring three balconies that let in the fresh sea air. Plus, the modern shower made for a refreshing experience after our daily excursions.

The Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View offered stunning views that were hard to beat. The room had a modern design that I found quite appealing. Relaxing on the balcony was a highlight, even though there were no chairs to sit in. The comfortable bed made for great sleep each night. The location is fantastic, very close to the city center and numerous restaurants. A 24-hour car park next door for a small fee was super convenient. However, several minor issues detracted from my experience. Breakfast was quite poor. only limited options available each day, and I expected more variety. The bathroom needed better design. no shelf for cosmetics and a lack of space for wet towels made it inconvenient. The owner surprised me by raising concerns about my cat being loose in the room after I had mentioned our pet in advance, which was uncomfortable and could’ve been communicated better. If these aspects were improved, I’d definitely consider coming back. Overall, it has potential but needs attention to detail.

The room was beautifully decorated, featuring a small balcony with lovely sea views that added to the charm of the stay. Breakfast was impressive, with freshly prepared dishes catering to various dietary needs, including gluten-free options. However, there were some issues. the check-in process was a bit slow, and the breakfast choices could use more variety to enhance the dining experience. Additionally, the noise from outside sometimes intruded, affecting the tranquility during the stay.
